The Weight of Worry

The weight of worry can feel so heavy,
Like a boulder on our chest.
It clouds our thoughts and makes us unsteady,
And robs us of our rest.

It whispers doubts into our ears,
And paints our world in gray.
It feeds on all our hidden fears,
And drains our strength away.

But we must remember we're not alone,
And that worry can be tamed.
We can find the strength to carry on,
And rise above the pain.

We can turn our worries into fuel,
To light a path ahead.
We can find our courage and our will,
And rise above the dread.

So let us not be crushed by worry's weight,
But face our fears with might.
Let us stand tall and face our fate,
And shine with inner light.
