I agree with you, nice and comfortable clothes are very important as well as a confident posture, but you forget about a smile.
A confident smile is the door to a nice communication and to start a bond!
You are totally right! I'm quite a positive, happy person, always smiling, sometime I forget it's not a naturl thing for others to have. I will add this to the blog! Thank you!
