Worker Proposal Progress: China Marketing Campaign's listing of bitAssets

As part of the marketing effort that began two weeks ago, two of the targeted centralized exchanges have begun to list either the BTS token or bitAssets.
- AEX has begun to run a bitUSD market. It has also begun a giveaway of 3 million BTS to those who have completed certain actions.
- Binance.com has begun to run a BTS market
Great news, we should however be pushing more centralized exchanges to primarily accept smartcoins over the core BTS asset IMO.
