EOS - Unlocking true value through utility & social consensus

When EOS delivers the most powerful infrastructure for decentralised applications and in so doing, begins the process of rebuilding and massively upgrading the internet, the barriers (performance, censorship, utility) that currently prevent human beings from defining and expressing what they truly value, will be removed.

With the removal of those barriers, aided by massive innovation and an explosive proliferation in the launch and diversity of decentralised applications (dapps,) we will begin to discover what we all truly desire and value. Without barriers, people will be free to utilise the applications they like, exchange value with who they like and talk to who they like.

What will come out of the sudden, massive adoption process will be further explosive innovation, new culture, new societal structures, newly defined values, new reserve currencies and an eruption of productivity.

There is a very real possibility that the things human beings are divided by like economic status, religion, nationality, race, age, political beliefs, sex....all of it, will come to mean far less as everyone is afforded the opportunity to follow their inate preferences and discover tools that improve their lives. In doing so, we are all going to find the commonality between us that cuts through prejudice like a hot knife through butter, the commonality that many of us never even knew existed. What's more, there will be an explosion of opportunity for everyone.

All of these tools will be built for and operate within a robust architecture designed from the ground up to have integrity. What that means is the corruption that creates the majority of human suffering, impoverishment, injustice and economic inequality will have far less impact. With accountability, transparency, privacy, freedom, an increase in the velocity of value exchange, increased connections, a decrease in censorship, things can really begin to turn around, for the first time, for us all.

This peaceful, technological, revolution could not have come too soon. The wheels are well and truly coming off the current economic system....the most abusive and destructive in history...and at the same time, other technological innovations like robotics and A.I. are threatening the vast majority of human-based productivity. We need to begin to address something other than our self-inflicted, pathological self-destruction. Can we find civility, connection, unity, meaning and purpose in a world that is incredibly fragile (from the point of our existence upon it) and before making ourselves irrelevant to the ongoing history of existence?
