As part of the main objectives of the EOS community right functioning we want to disclose the corporate infrastructure (current – in process and planned) to provide transparent information to our voting base and the community

Business Infrastructure and Corporate Structure

EOS Medi Holdings: Corporate structure for management of EOS Mediterranean node, 100% self-funded and we have no plans to change our organizational structure or our ownership

Martin Zhang: Chairman 40%

Guillermo del Rio: Administration 40%

Luis de la Mata: Corporate Development CFO 10%

Paco Cabanillas: Community 10%
