So is ECASH used for issuing payments? are they the same as "Horus dollars" mentioned on the whitepaper? Why not using HORUS tokens directly instead?

      Yes thats right. Have confirmed off the Horus Pay social media that "Horus dollars" is ECASH.

      Horus tokens are used to know who can have access to the network
