EOS the World, LLC has assembled a team of the best of the best in computer infrastructure, software, security, medical, business, legal, accounting, and philanthropic professions for EOS the World. Our team has the correct mix of skills, expertise, and commitment to ensure ongoing reliability and leadership in the EOS community. Organized in Puerto Rico, EOS the World, LLC is 100% owned by its founder Dr. Brett Jeffery, a medical doctor with a 30-year career caring for patients with severe trauma and leading large teams of professionals. Neither Brett nor any other team member has ties or financial interest in any other EOS block producer candidate.

Operations

EOS the World chose specifically to over-provision its network infrastructure in anticipation of expanded utilization of the EOS platform.
At each of our two Tier III data centers, located in Waco, TX (primary) and Dallas, TX (secondary), we have 1 block producer node and 1 full node running on bare metal, each with 768GB RAM, expandable to 3TB RAM. These share 1 petabyte of SAN storage at each data center. Each is served via 1Gbps redundant fiber optic network links that are immediately scalable to 10Gbps. We can quickly failover between primary and secondary data centers. All infrastructure is redundant and comprised of enterprise grade equipment from leading vendors. Lead by former SpaceX technologist J.T. Buice, our operations center is staffed 24x7 to respond to infrastructure-related alerts or to respond to any time-sensitive EOS community related requests or orders. Our infrastructure availability is publicly available at https://status.eostheworld.io/

Transparency and Compliance

We take compliance and full transparency to heart. Code of Conduct was publicly released via Steemit on May 1, 2018 as well as available on our website along with the full text of our Ricardian Contract and full ownership details. We are committed to the EOS Constitution v2 and to the vision of Block.One, and we are excited to move beyond the initial growing pains of launch toward the realization of the promise of EOS.
As a Block Producer, we will serve the EOS token holders, dApp developers, and users of EOS-based technology. We are the competent pit crew, not the glamorous race car driver.

Community Activity

Our team is active in the community participating and presenting at meetups, hands-on aid for the recovery of Puerto Rico, and a mentorship program aimed at global outreach and education of the next generation of application developers to develop dApps on the EOS network. Our dApp developer mentorship program is led by Bobby Singh, founder of several blockchain-based startups.
