Beautiful words. Thanks for the mention.

Because the transit point happened here in Melbourne (Australia) earlier this afternoon, I was in my car driving to the nearby city of Geelong to pick up my daughter. It’s school holidays here now for two weeks. The road is beautiful and rural, and crosses through some sacred country for the indigenous Waddawarung people.

So I ‘meditated’ while I was driving.... obviously not deep, transcendental meditation (that would be dangerous). Maybe more contemplation. What arose was the question of abundance, and where I have it appear in my life.

And actually it’s pretty much everywhere... my problem is I don’t recognise it, or acknowledge it, or honour it... and when I consider what abundance may look like in a non-material sense... well then I have an abundance of love, family, friends, opportunities, creativity, and so on. It was a nice moment, as the sun was sinking, to have that reflection.

Very impressed by the solar farm, by the way.... I don’t understand why we don’t have stuff like that here in Australia when we have So. Much. Sunlight!
