Always be careful, especially if you are an American trying to do that. Even if you decentralize it. They can always find the owner of the account after an investigation, I believe.

    Good advice.
    Although coding is protected by freedom of speech (surprisingly)
    I can code whatever I want,
    only using certain code in certain situations can be deemed illegal.

    If I don't gamble and I'm not the one providing escrow services, I'm not liable.
