Spreadsheets with Graphics or Photos are Slower to Print

Just today an employee of one my employer's sister company called me about his problem on printing a spreadsheet file (Yes, I also support my employer's sister companies).

He said that the file takes too long to print and occasionally hanging. At first, I thought it is because of a Windows update (again).

I connected to his computer remotely and I asked him to open the file the he is printing and then try to print it so that I can see what was really going on.

When he opens the spreadsheet that he is having some problem with I immediately noticed the presence of graphics (photos) inside the worksheet that he is printing.

I told him that graphics or photos will be slower to print than a plain text. I said that graphics or photos are bigger in size that is why his printing is slow to start (it seems to spool for a longer time).

Graphics or photos are bigger in sizes that is why printing them can take a long time before it starts to print. Text (letters) are faster to print because they are smaller in size
