Oh my goodness, lavender!! My favorite flower, I wish I could have a field of lavender....lavender soaps, tinctures it would be so wondereful. You captured the bees and butterfly so beautifully What type of butterfly is this? Does it have a slightly lavender bottom or is it the reflection from the flower? Stunning my dear, perfect :)
You are so right, I wish that too! This one grows in one of the properties in the neighbourhood, so I can't have any; only the pictures. And this butterflies is very common Cabbage white butterfly, although, not easy to photograph, since they are flying all over the place, but only rarely sit down, lol. Luckily, one of them couldn't resit lavender and who can blame him! LOL! Oh and yes, the purple must be reflection from the lavender, because they never have that color.
