Lesser-known keyboard shortcuts in Excel
These keystrokes in Excel will save you a lot of time. And you will impress your boss.
If you want to collect quantitative data quickly, highlight them (select another extra empty cell - bottom or right) and press Alt and =. The collection result will appear in the empty cell.
Enter the current time. Ctrl + Shift + colon (:)
Enter the current date. Ctrl + semicolon (;)
To select an entire column, press Ctrl + space.
To select a whole row, press Shift + Space.
To hide the column, press Ctrl + 0.
To hide a row, press Ctrl + 9.
Start a new row in the same cell - Alt + Enter.
If you want to see all of your formulas in the table, press Ctrl + ~. Repeating this combination will hide and revert to values.
