Try leaving it someplace! It worked for me! Then when you want to smoke, you'll remember you can't because you left your habit somewhere else. :-)

the funny thing is, I can delay to take a piece of it when I have it in my pocket, but I will definitely go to the market, if I dont have one in my pocket.

when I come back home I will prepare at least 3 pcs in my pocket (not one full pack) just for not going back to the market because I dont have one. even i will not take it during the time I work at home.. LOL..

I don't mean leaving the cigarettes somewhere. I agree, that's much harder.

Leave the habit itself. When you feel like smoking - regardless of where your smokes are - you'll remember that you aren't a smoker anymore because you left your habit in a different city or country or house. It's kind of a mind over matter thing.
