Ketika gugup semua hal bisa terjadi misalkan hal kecil menjadi besar, hal mudah menjadi sukar, bahkan karena gugup maka berbicara lancar menjadi gagap.
Agar hal yang tak diinginkan tidak terjadi maka harus menjadikan diri kita tenang. Dan anehnya lagi, membuat diri kita sendiri tenang itu lebih sulit dari pada membuat orang lain tenang.
