Tongseng daging sapi
TONGSENG DAGING SAPI
Bahan:
500 gram daging sapi (potong2)
500 ml santan (dari 1/2 butir kelapa)
2 buah tomat merah (iris kasar)
5 lembar kol (iris kasar)
5 buah cabai rawit (boleh iris/utuh )
1 batang serai (memarkan)
1 batang daun bawang (iris serong)
2 butir cengkeh
3 butir kapulaga
1 cm kayumanis
4 lembar daun jeruk
2 lembar daun salam
Secukupnya kecap manis, garam & gula.
Secukupnya bawang merah goreng untuk taburan.
BUMBU HALUS:
7 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri (sangrai)
2 buah cabe merah besar/keriting
1 sdm ketumbar (sangrai)
1/2 sdt merica butiran
1 cm kunyit bakar
Cara membuat:
Tumis bumbu halus & serai sampai wangi, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, cengkeh, kapulaga & kayumanis, aduk sampai wangi, masukkan daging sapi aduk2 sampai berubah warna, beri sedikit air, masak sampai daging empuk & air menyusut.
tungi santan,aduk rata,biarkan mendidih,masukkan cabe iris, kol, daun bawang & tomat aduk rata, bumbui garam, gula & kecap, tes rasa, bila sdh pas matikan api, pindah ke mangkuk saji, taburi bawang goreng,sajikan segera.
