Vintage shaslicks

I Found this old saté Heather in the Cellar, i forgot we had one.
Marinated chicken in spicy cury and coconut milk
Marinated beef in Sesam oil and oyster sauce
Marinated pork with lemon juice garlic and oregano
Mushroom sweet potato bacon onion, it all Fits on a stick.

The turning of the sticks and the heat from the spiral works mesmerising!!!
