I'm not worried why my best friend is, but I'm just surprised, with the people who give percent, why don't they vote 100%
No one has full voting power right now and everyone is conserving what they have.
Do not ever complain about getting a 1% upvote from an eSteem curator. That 1% is what calls the bot to come vote on your post. Without it you would not get an eSteem vote.
