That's life
Since childhood we always believe that when we grow up we will become successful people, but after growing up we are more aware that not everyone will succeed in his life, as long as there are successful people there must be others who fail.
It is impossible for all businesses to succeed, for any successful business there are competitors or other industries that will go bankrupt. It is impossible for all employees to rise to the top, for every employee who is promoted / promoted, there must be someone else who lost / did not get the position. It is impossible for all investments to generate profits, in every price increase there must be other things whose value decreases because of it. That's life.
That is life. The concept that everyone has to succeed is too good to be true. The reality of life is competition and in every competition there must be a win and some lose. The problem is that we are always required to win and sometimes the victory is not a "real win".
