If you haven't been supporting a person, then that person should be greatful to anyone that reads and comment and upvote their post.
If you decide to reduce you upvote to that person, it means you still want to support that person. You're not obliged to upvote anyone at any % here, be it 100% or 1%
If you want to spread you love around, why double it to one person when there are so many people out there?
I know I haven't actually answered your question, but I think there's a very thin line between supporting and not supporting the masses. It's great if you are a whale and 0.1% upvote still registers ie >0.01. Not many are in that fortunate position and when I see people with 100SP and upvoting at 10%, that really begs the question is that supporting someone or what?
ps and I know my comment will piss a lot of people off. C'est la vie
True enough, especially the last part. For minnow I think it's alright, like of I care. Wait until you see people who has a dolphin worth of SP, but delegated 99% out for vote seller. And the only time we see them upvote will be like 50% weight but only worth 0.000 😂
