BAHAN CENDOL :
50 grm tepung hunkwe
50 grm sagu tani
50 grm tepung beras
550 ml air
beberapa tetes pewarna makanan biru
1/2 sdt garam
Sejumput vanilla Larome
CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Campur semua bahan cendol jadi satu lalu masak hingga mendidih,angkat & saring di cetakan cendol,tekan2 lalu tampung dgn air es & es batu,angkat,sisihkan.
BAHAN GULA :
250 grm gula merah,sisir halus
300 ml air
sejumput vanilla Larome
CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Semua bahan gula ini dimasak hingga mendidih & gula larut,setelah itu saring,sisihkan
BAHAN SANTAN :
(bisa diganti susu UHT jika tak suka santan)
750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
Sejumput garam
sejumput vanilla Larome
CARA MEMBUATNYA :
Masak santan,garam,vanilla hingga mendidih,aduk sebentar,lalu angkat.
CARA PENYAJIAN :
Masukan cendol dlm gelas lalu beri air gula & santan,beri topping buah2an sesuai selera,sajikan dingin bersama es batu
