At the moment it is the only factory in Beberibe and makes children's clothing.

They were several months old with a collapsible Siruba model C007 electronic. The machine had already gone to several mechanics and returned without repair.
The big damage was a machine in the amount of 10.000,00 Reais stopped and damaging the production.
I decided to test my knowledge received in the course of CET ANDRADE where I am working and for the first time try to repair an electronic machine.

DEFECTS

Point failure
Automatic knife cutting failure

These were the defects initially presented by the customer. In the end many more were discovered.

Wrong needles used mod DV 63
when the correct one is UY128.

The belt was reset because it had a difference of 2mm.

The needles were aligned and centered with the plate.

The bar height of the needles was checked and regulated.

Looper faulty tip has been replaced and adjusted with standard measures.

Needle guard was far away and was reset.

The lacing opener was also wrong and regulated.

The heart of the machine when I was regular checked that the belt was damaged and replaced.
It was cleaned and aligned.

Now checking the tension system. Wrong springs and some tensors without 100% effectiveness, all corrected.

Time to test the seam. In my test was successful and called the operator that after some adjustments of tension due to speed also approved the machine.

KNIFE

Here is the biggest problem of the machine.

After disassembling all the parts of the automatic knife I checked two defective parts: a broken fixing washer and the guide plate with too much clearance. Only here 130.00 were spent on the pieces.

Everything in place and set the knife in maximum travel, alignment with the lines and height defective in the compressed air system of the piston that drives the knife, was missing the pressure regulator of the knife return. Solved let's new test, not approved due to knife not always cut properly.
I reviewed all the measurements of the settings that were ok. I set out to investigate what might be causing the defect. As two bolts were not original they were disassembled and I verified the lack of a washer that reduced the swings of the swingarm. The same bolt as the top of his head was hitting the back cover that was scratched inside. I removed with the mini grind a small thickness of the lid and resolved.

New test and uneven cutting again.
This time I was lucky when I went to do another test when closing the flip cover I saw that it made lowering the knife there was the problem.
The operator has so often closed the lid with excessive force engaged the thin plate of the same and when closing closed pressed the knife preventing to make its maximum route to fish the lines.

Finally solved tested and approved.

My first electronic machine repaired and another great lesson.

We have to be creative and not rigidly restrict ourselves to standards.
Open mind and look out for all the details.

Teve uma curiosidade que vos vou contar.

Estavam à vários meses com uma galoneira Siruba modelo C007 eletrónica avariada. A máquina já tinha ido para várias oficinas e voltado sem reparação.
O prejuizo era grande uma máquina no valor de 10.000,00 Reais parada e prejudicando a produção.
Resolvi testar os meus conhecimentos recebidos no curso do CET ANDRADE onde estou a trabalhar e pela primeira vez tentar reparar uma máquina eletrónica.

DEFEITOS

Falha de ponto
Falha do corte da faca automática

Estes foram os defeitos inicialmente apresentados pela cliente. No final foram descobertos muitos mais.

Agulhas erradas usavam mod DV 63
quando o correto é UY128.

Foi feito o zeramento da correia pois apresentava uma diferença de 2mm.

Foram alinhadas e centralizadas as agulhas com a chapa.

Foi verificada e regulada a altura da barra das agulhas.

Looper com defeito na ponta, foi substituido e regulado com as medidas padrão.

Protetor de agulhas trazeiro estava distante e foi zerado.

O abridor de laçada também estava errado e foi regulado.

O coração da máquina quando fui regular verifiquei que a correia estava danificada e foi substituida.
Foi feita a limpeza e alinhamento do mesmo.

Agora verificação do sistema de tensão. Molas erradas e alguns tensores sem eficácia a 100%, tudo corrigido.

Hora de testar a costura. No meu teste deu certo e chamei a operadora que após alguns ajustes de tensão devido á velocidade também aprovou a máquina.

FACA

Aqui estava o problema maior da máquina.

Depois de desmontar todas as peças da faca automática verifiquei duas peças com defeito: Uma anilha de fixação quebrada e a chapa guia com muita folga. Só aqui foram gastos 130,00 nas peças.

Tudo montado no lugar e regulada a faca em percurso máximo, alinhamento com as linhas e altura apresentou defeito no sistema de ar comprimido do pistão que aciona a faca, estava faltando o regulador de pressão do retorno da faca. Resolvido vamos a novo teste, não aprovou devido a faca nem sempre cortar corretamente.
Revisei todas as medidas das regulagens que estavam ok. Parti para investigação do que poderia estar a causar o defeito. Como dois parafusos não eram originais foram desmontados e verifiquei a falta de uma anilha que reduzia as folgas do braço oscilante. O mesmo parafuso como tinha a cabeça mais alta estava a bater na tampa trazeira que se apresentava riscada no seu interior. Retirei com a mini retífica Dremel uma pequena expessura da tampa e resolveu.

Novo teste e corte irregular de novo.
Desta vez tive sorte quando fui fazer novo teste ao fechar a tampa basculante vi que a mesma fazia baixar a faca aí estava o problema.
A operadora de tantas vezes fechar a tampa com força excessiva empenou a fina chapa da mesma e ao fechar pressionava a faca impedindo de fazer o seu percurso máximo para pescar as linhas.

Finalmente resolvido testado e aprovado.

Minha primeira máquina eletrónica reparada e mais uma grande lição.

Temos que ser criativos e não nos restringir rigidamente aos padrões.
Mente aberta e olhar atento a todos os pormenores.
