500 gr of beef cow / meat / ribs / marrow (or as tasty as it is tasty, generally kikil sapi used)
1 papaya leaf (optional)
4 bay leaves (optional)
400 grams of green beans (can be self-adjusted dose with kikil sapi)
enough water to boil meat and green beans
8 cloves of garlic
5 onions
1/2 grains of nutmeg

Wrap the beef / kikil (this time I use beef ribs to bone disruput: p) with papaya leaves. Let stand for approximately 1hours or already processed the night before and put in the refrigerator. (Another alternative to the cake can be to boil it with a small fire until tender about 1-2 hours / adjust the thickness).
