However some people feel that the sleeping position on the back is less comfortable than other positions. Shelby Harris, a sleep medicine expert and a professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, told Indpendent.co.uk reveals how to train yourself to sleep on his back.
Harris says when you are ready to sleep, you have to put a pillow on both sides of the body and one below your knee. This will help you stay in that position all night more comfortably.
