Bolu pandan
Material 1:
2 chicken eggs
1/2 tsp SP (cake emulsifier)
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
150 gr ready-made black glutinous rice flour
80 ml of cooking oil
Materials 2:
2 eggs
1/2 tsp SP (cake emulsifier)
85 gr sugar
100 gr wheat flour
10 gr of cornstarch
100 ml of cooking oil
1 tsp pandan paste.
How to make:
- Prepare a 30cm brownie pan, match it with bread paper, top with margarine, then sprinkle with flour 2 2. Brownis: beat eggs, SP salt and granulated sugar until white is thickened. Enter the sticky rice flour, stir well Pour the cooking oil, mix well

Tip: >1. Before use, heat the steamer's dust first. Cover the lid with a clean napkin 2. For steaming, use medium heat.
