Islam orders them to restrain themselves by not marrying. Word of Allah Subhanahu waTa'ala,

"And those who are not able to marry should keep their holiness, so that Allah enables them with His grace." (Surat an-Nur: 33).

There arose a problem in the absence of property to finance the marriage, what do youths at the top of their youths where the youthful impetus of youth is tempestuous? Whereas before we have said that does not fulfill this impetus harms him. If we prevent him from fulfilling this urge then he has to fight extra restraint and this endangers him. If allowed without marriage it is forbidden in Islam. We return to Islam how he tackles this problem, we see that Islam overcomes it in four ways:

First: Fasting. He relieves the impulse and weakens his impulse, sometimes during fasting the impulse is gone, with it no more problems because the problem occurs when one wants to get a goal and then in front of him stands a barrier where he can not eliminate it, with no soul turmoil on him. this from one side, on the other side fasting has a signal on self because the fasting person feels that he is worshiping Allah Subhanahu waTa'ala and seek the pleasure of His creator that Allah Subhanahu waTa'ala arranged for him what embodies his wishes even if he is not married in this world , he will still enjoy in the afterlife what is better and more lasting as long as one is convinced that the problem will be resolved sooner or later, then it does not trigger psychiatric illness with it fasting overcoming the problem from the physical and psychological side at once.
