By the way, do you know that one of the main ingredients that alters the flavour of a coffee is the water? You can make the same exact coffee, using the same exact method... but if you use different kinds of water, the difference in flavour will be huge!
The best coffee places... they order water specifically for making coffee!!!! That's why some try to copy them and fail.
Thank you for visitng my post and that is really interesting about the water. I know that water really taste differently and that could be a trick too :)
