Happiness is not a simple goal but is about making progress, when it's elusive as ever. Being happy often means continual finding contentment, a feeling of joy and a sense that your life is meaningful during all kinds of problems that does not depend upon finding ease and comfort.

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well being which can be defined by among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

  CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

people have natural tendency to remember negative experience but forget the positive ones. You can train yourself to be happier by seeking self actualising work.

        HEAL PAST TRAUMAS

if you find yourself consistently feeling down or upset, you may have some underlying issues from your past holding you back in the present. The best way to solve it, is by talking to someone about it.

 LOOK FOR THE POSITIVE IN ALL YOUR   EXPERIENCE

make it a habit to actively seek the positive in any experience. It's not only good for your over all happiness but also good for your physical health and it boosts your immune system. Accept hash experiences and problems as learning opportunity. It's important to think about even the greatest setback as experience we can learn from it for great result in the future.

      PRACTICE MINDFULNESS

Occupy your mind with positive thoughts actively striving, seeking and working on goals. Focusing on your experience in the present moment without judging them or yourself.

DETERMINE YOUR CORE VALUES

Your core values determine how you think about yourself and the world around you. This belief guides your decision making. This core values may be spiritual or not but they are things that are fundamental to how you look at life.

         OWN YOURSELF 

This means to accept and embrace your habits, your personality, the way you talk, look, your voice, everything that makes you ”you”. Remember you are unique and have values and you are worthy of love and respect. You can set meaningful goals for yourself and choose extra activities that make you feel better.

  PRACTICE ACTIVE GRATITUDE 

Gratitude reduces anxiety, depression, help you become more positive, strenthens your relationship with others and encourages companionship.

       CULTIVATE OPTIMISM

There is power in intentions, having a purpose and thinking positively. Optimism is an important component of self-esteem and overall life satisfaction. Optimism is more than just positive expectations, it's a way of interpreting everything that happens to you.
