Ghosts in Canada

Haunting Picture of a building in Canada ... Are those ghosts in the windows?

I took this picture at around 9:45. It was raining moderately so I had to hold my Umbrella over the camera as I stood there for my 60+ second exposure. My Canon EOS Rebel T3i is water resistant enough to stand some light to moderate rain, or even heavy rain, but rain droplets would get on the lens so I still had to cover the camera. It took me several tries to get it right. It was also pretty windy so the rain would blow underneath the umbrella if you know what I mean, but I eventually got it right. I really like... whatever that is in the windows. It looks like ghosts.
