KARI RECIPE AND PEPAYA

-RESEP KARI SHELL AND PEPAYA-
INGREDIENTS:
300 gr shells that have been boiled and removed from their shells.
250 gr papaya, cut into squares
2 lbr
2 bay leaves
1 lemongrass, geprek
1 curry leaf stalk
3 mace flowers
3 cardamom seeds
4 clove seeds
3 cm cinnamon
1 tsp onion sliced
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of oil to saute
Enough water
Ground spices:
2 Spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 cm ginger
6 red chilies
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
2 tablespoons of roasted coconut
1 tsp coriander roasted
2 pieces of injectable acid (may replace 1 tablespoon of tamarind water)
1/2 tsp cumin roasted
1 segment of turmeric roasted
2 roasted pecan seeds
Mix fine spices with mussels, curry leaves and a little water.
HOW TO: heat the oil, put the red onion sliced, stir until fragrant. Add orange leaves, salam, lemongrass, cardamom, mace, cloves and cinnamon. Stir for a while.
Add the mixture of mussels and spices, stirring until the shells change color. Add water and salt, wait for it to boil.
Add papaya, cook until cooked. Turn off the fire. Shellfish Curry is ready to be served. .
