Using meditation as a shield against stress

Am 100% sure that we might have read about the 100 benefits of a meditating routine, but we probably might still feel timid to begin cause we might find the whole theory of a meditation to discouraging, or probably it might waste our time in our busy schedules.

Or probably our thoughts and vital things has occupied our mind and made it frustrating and disheartening.

Your entire body and mind on morning meditation

We maintain a healthy balance and concentration on a daily basis my meditating, it's quite an easy procedure that can be performed anywhere and anytime in order to mollify the daily stress. For instance, just like when we do our daily physical exercise, our body tends to adjust to the shape we want when we constantly practice this exercise, both in the body and mind.

A recent research carried out by the United states reported that over 50% were deformed were as a result of eating unhealthy food or over reacting, while 55% reported that they lay awake at late night as a result of too much stress during the day.

However, the good news is, we can still make this happen by getting more sleep, using more of natural products at home and on our skins, exercising more often. But truth be told, if we relent to care for our mind we'll still feel unbalanced in our everyday life.

In case you don't know, meditation gives us a clearer and cleaner mind.

We reduce stress simply by meditating, one of the great benefits of meditation is that we enjoy peace of mind and a proper understanding. Another great benefit of meditation is simply the fact that we get the chance to tune in with our self and link up with our center, and eventually get in touch with the energy of ''oneness''

Also, we get in touch with our inner thoughts when meditating. We think about the challenges we encountered during the day, we think about the bills we got to pay and there's a very thin line for us to encounter ''stillness''.

Clearing the obstacles and challenges to the morning meditation

First off, one of the most common obstacles of meditation are simply the ones we create by ourselves. Below are some few ways we incline to restrain starting a new meditation practice and how to go about it.

  • I don't have time
    There's a fallacy that you'll need to sit down for sometime and at least 10 minutes or probably an hour. This will be very useful to you, you can start from today, starting with 5 minutes to 30 minutes and then to an hour. But by all means you should be committed.

You start small, and with consistency you'll start getting used to what you're practicing, it's as simple as that.

  • My mind never stops
    Its quite normal and natural to feel frustrated when were learning to meditate. Adjusting our expectations will help in conquering this obstacle.

Never relent in focusing on crafty incremental improvements. Achieving something great will help you understand your mind and learn how to quickly adjust negative thinking.
