MARTABAK MINI EGG FROM INDONESIAN
MARTABAK MINI EGG . .
Material: To taste springroll skin / spring roll skin ready to use 4 scallions, finely sliced 3 eggs, shake loose 250 gr grilled chicken 1/2 onion, roughly chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed, finely chopped 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon ground pepper Salt to taste A pinch of sugar The oil for frying .
How to make:
- Heat a little oil, saute onions and white beans until wilted and fragrant.
- Enter the chicken, stir until it changes color, give curry powder, pepper, salt, sugar, stir well, add a little water if it is too dry.
- Cook until cooked, turn off the heat.
- Mix with leeks and eggs, stir well.
- Take a piece of spring roll skin, give a spoonful of contents, fold it like an envelope. Glue the edges with egg white / flour solution.
- Immediately fry in oil that has been heated (the part that is folded under it so as not to open when fried, don't overdo the oil too) Cook until browned on both sides, lift, drain. Do it until it runs out. .
Martabak Vinegar Sauce -------------------------------- Material A (Put it in the bowl): 1/2 piece of carrot cut into squares 1/2 cucumber, split, seeded, cut into squares 5 shallots, roughly sliced 10 whole cayenne peppers / roughly sliced 1 tablespoon vinegar / to taste .
Material B: a cup of water 2 tablespoons brown sugar / to taste Salt How to make: Boil ingredients B until it boils and the sugar dissolves. Pour directly into material A while filtering, stir well. Let it sink in for an hour.
