The planets ecosystem is based on human race

In world, many leaders are tempted to lead like a chess master, striving to control every move from one location to another without carried people along but instead of them should be leading like gardeners, creating and maintaining a viable ecosystem in which the organization operates and maintain there integrity.

Leadership need to know that they have all the tools within themselves to control people within their environment. Self-esteem, which means awareness of their body, believe in their people, awareness of their mental space, awareness of their relationships with others not only with each other, but with life and the ecosystem.

World as an ecosystem stands out in the all of the universe and the people as a whole. There is no place that we know about that can support life as we know it, not even our sister, brother or any relative where we might set up housekeeping anytime but at great effort and trouble we have to recreate the things we take for granted here within our given environment.

We should all know that Our challenge for the future is that we realize the effectiveness of our believes and we are very much a part of the ecosystem, and we must learn to respect each others within the ecosystem and we should live according to the basic biological laws of nature without any additional from us.

Inconclusive, soil, life, mankind, and technology is a living ecosystem, and is a farmer most precious asset they cherish it more than there entities. A farmers productive capacity is directly related to the health of his or her soil and there environment, so without ecosystem human race will be meaningless.
