Estonia 1 January 2018 taxes
From 1 January 2018, the legislation will introduce a tax on nonalcoholic beverages (carbonated and noncarbonated drinks, 100% juice drinks and sweetened milk drinks).
Products with only artificial sweeteners will have a tax rate of 10 euro cents per litre.
Products with sugar content of 5–8 g per 100 ml will have a tax rate of 10 euro cents per litre.
Products with sugar content of more than 8 g per 100 ml will have a tax rate of 30 euro cents per litre.
Products with artificial sweeteners, sugar and sugar content of 5–8 g per 100 ml will have a tax rate of 20 euro cents per litre.
Products with artificial sweeteners, sugar and sugar content of more than 8 g per 100 ml will have a tax rate 30 euro cents per litre.
and E-juice taxes
Starting from January 01, 2018, the excise tax on ready-made liquids, base liquids, flavors, nicotine boosters will be 0.20 euros + 20% VAT for each millilitre meaning that liquids will be much more expensive. For example, the most popular base liquid is 100ml, which now costs 3 euros. From January the 1st it will go up 24 euros leaving it at a price range of 27-30€
Last years law says that you cant order yourself e-cigarette stuff from another countries and if tax and costums board catches you will get a few hundred euro fine
