ETC: No Excitement Yet

ETC has been and is still going laterally; which is corrective. The Yellow line resistance shows that no excitement is to be had until price can break above it. Meanwhile, wxyxz sequence shows z is likely to get completed before the breakout happens. This could take weeks.
