Hej! Do you speak Chinese?
I'd be very interested in knowing which sites to know of to be aware of upcoming Chinese ICO's - and which sites I can use as a Westerner if I wish to partake in these ICO's (some require a Chinese phonenumber for example). A post explaining the above is much appreciated!
