The next important step for a major upgrade for the 'Legendium' TestNet, a launch date, has been announced.

Throughout discussions between Etherium Core Developers, the 18th Centennial will be set up. Byzantium 'Metropolitics' updates will be followed by the first of two stages, followed by 'Constantinople'.

The actual network upgrade release will probably start in early October, the length of the test period and any problems that may occur during that time. Observers predicted that metropolitan upgrades could come at the beginning of this month, but the ongoing development would have led to a later fall.

Developer Hudson James, official manager of Metropolitics, said in the meeting:

"All the coins are talking about the media that September - it's not September. It is not a mistake with TestNet until October 9."

The creator of Atream, Bhattik Burrin, said he hoped to finish the test for the Byzantium in three to four weeks.

In response, developer Pater Sziligye thinks that for the time the timeline might change, "if things go wrong ... they will be wrong".
