a minig rig is better. you have the right gpu, cpu is useless . get the right mobo for multi vga, the cheapest cpu and a couple more of 1070 (and efficient psu), the try to mine zcash also

Yea a rig is better but also much more expensive.
What do you think a normal rig will cost with a ROI of less than 3 month?
3 mont ROI is too low, vga is overpriced at this time - mining is alway dangerous investiment, if you know what you do, trading is better, imho
