EU never blocked brittain from leaving, there is actually no majority in parliament for refferendum, deal or hard brexit, hence stalemate. changing PM face will not solve the same stalemate. I already gave my answer about EU democracy to you in the comments. Just vote a party that wants to expand the power of the Parliament (such as Diem25 aka Democracy in Europe).
