I think Satoexchange is not giving sufficient opportunity to vote. Only 5 votes a month. Some token airdrop makes it obligatory to vote for them to receive airdrop. So people makes vote. So this vote can't represent actual situation of a cryptocurrency. Steem's actually staying in superior position.
