Afternoon Run

I just finished a 8.15km running that lasted about 0hh:41mm:57ss !

I’ve had a few days off due to the horrendous weather & flooding. Managed to get out for 5miles in the wind tonight. It was nice to have a break but boy did it feel tough, I felt like I was going to be sick at one point & I wasn’t even running fast! None the less, 5 miles is still 5 miles.
