Sunday run: Going slow

in #exhaust4 years ago

I just finished a 10.016km running that lasted about 1hh:1mm:51ss !

After last night's run my legs were not great, but I wanted to do a longer run anyway. I just took it steady for a short version of my loop.

There were lots of runners out there. I guess people feel the need to get out and you can still be fairly isolated whilst running. It is a nice day, but was a little cool to start with. Very nice in the garden now. I have just shifted a compost bin for some extra exercise.

This run may appear on Steem. @mstafford is migrating @exhaust to Hive, but it is work in progress. I was not planning to post any more on Steem, but it does not really matter. Any extra Steem I earn can be sold. As I have said elsewhere the platform is going to pot with the @steemit account being used to vote up witness posts and downvote those who actually kept it running before.

Come to Hive where things will be better.

Run free.

Keep on running!

You have uploaded 110 running activities, and 19 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 19 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 194.94 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:52 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.175min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

Hi there

I've been reading through many comments related to new hive chain and I've seen your comment too. Many users are being torn, however majority seem to be moving to new hive.

Are you fully moving there or will you stay on both chains? Just curious. I'm trying to figure out what to do myself.

hmmmm.. looks like this posted to the wrong chain...

still some more fixing to do, it seems.

Did you use Hive Keychain or Hive Signer??

I use Hive Keychain. Got the Steem one installed too, but how would I select which to use? Hit me up on Discord if you want to take me through it.
