experty - a personal expertise service

Experty. I loved it! I loved it, because the idea is very similar to one-of-my-thousands of draft entrepreneurship projects. [Hence, I love myself.] My idea was like establishing an interface for professional-date-like meetings. Let's say, you are interested in additive-manufacturing techniques and want to get in the business in a way. Having a coffee with an "inside man" and learn the key-points, to-do's not-to-do's a brief roadmap... "Summary of your route in 1-hour": Great! Let's say, you will have an interview with a big corp X. Want to have an inside opinion before deciding on it? I would love that. and so on.

Anyway. You got the idea. Let's get back to Experty.

"...Our current focus is on solving the talent crisis in the blockchain community by allowing experts to monetize their skills through a skype-like voice and video application. Payments are handled through an automated smart contract system using Experty’s native token EXY. This will let companies obtain the talent they need, allowing the blockchain community to continue to expand and flourish."

Definitely, a good shot. Yes we have a huge data on the web increasing in an exponential rate. But, there are some information, some critical knowledge, some legacy rule-of-thumbs, some hell key-points that is still held in minds and will be (Maybe most of them are even 99.9% of the community does not care -that's why google can't find that- but you need it). That's why companies still pouring money for consultancy: for few words from an expert in the field.

Experty specified his tag-line in their website as: "calls powered by cryptocurrencies". Well the statement feels like: "skype with cryptocurrencies.". (I think the team may revise it.) But the idea is simple:

Using experty, you can schedule a video-call, talk or chat as a paid service. And also you can provide your own expertise through experty. The use cases are limitless, although they are now pretty much focused on blockchain expertise stuff.

This is a good case of "decentralization".

(Seriously, there are some projects like "we were doing shit, now we want to decentralize the shit and get this shit all over the world.".)

Having a good solid case, highly promising structure, Experty seems to be a nice coin.

Experty will have pre-sale and ICO soon, here are some key points:

• Hard cap: $9m or 33000 ETH, whichever is lower.

• Total Supply: 100,000,000 EXY,
  33% for contributors.
  33% for company (locked for 3 years),
  30% for partners (locked for 18 months)

• Token Price: 1,000 EXY / ETH

Let's have a break here. Unless apocalypse arrives in 1 month, with the current price of ETH = ~$1000, the hard cap likely to be $9m and around 10,000,000 EXY tokens (with bonuses etc.) will be sold to the contributors. On the Telegram group of Experty, it is confirmed that 33% ratio will be conserved for contributors, coinburn will be performed accordingly. Therefore, total supply probably will reduce to around 30-40m EXY. Good deal for such project. (Note that, the numbers are based on my cursory estimation.)

Go to the website and check the roadmap. Most of the services will be implemented in the Q1 & Q2 of 2018: messaging, voice calls, scheduling on mobile and web apps. (Even for just trading purposes, that is a definitely hot 6 months.)

The token will be used as a utility token and use cases are listed below -taken from official website-:

• EXY will be used for all feeless payments from advice seekers to knowledge providers

• EXY will be staked by users for access to premium features

• EXY will be used by advice seekers as a deposit for advance scheduling with a knowledge provider

• If a knowledge provider accepts other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum or Bitcoin (RSK will make it possible) then the knowledge provider will be obliged to pay monthly subscription fees in EXY.

  (My note: I am not sure this will be good or bad. Good for adoption using BTC/ETH, obviously. Considering the subscription fee with EXY, the team tried to leverage EXY tokens. But still, that is how good planning is done.)

• We plan to integrate stable coins in the future to accept FIAT based tokens like USD and EUR. This will make the application easier to use for non crypto-wise people (all FIAT based tokens will be kept on the blockchain like USDT). We plan to work with different FIAT based tokens providers. This service will have additional fees, always paid in EXY.

  (My note: Again, good planning activity. The team seems to know what they are into, keeping EXY 'safe'. These are nice details.)

Pre-sale and ICO will be performed through BitcoinSuisse platform. BitcoinSuissse ask a lot of details for KYC process. For pre-sale, minimum participation is set to $1000 (pretty much high.) And to pay that price, you should "spread the word" aka "Proof of Caring" (lovely method by the way, I want to write about the "Proof of Caring" concept later.)

A last friendly reminder: Check the validity of all details by yourself from the official website, Telegram channels etc. Beware of any limitations, any procedures to do. Read the whitepapers. Read FAQ documents. Do these checks regularly. The terms of ICOs may change sometimes, keep in mind that.
