Hey Derek! I haven't been able to find anything digitized other than advertisements of local newspapers. My best guess is that they'd be in the Theater Department of the Free Library. I hadn't thought about programs themselves--in fact, I don't even know if minstrel shows had programs. I'll try to check into it!
