For the fasting, could you eat breakfast and lunch, then skip dinner? I think that would work better for me, but I don't fully understand the science.
I don't think it matters where in the day you put your 8-hour food window. Whatever works for you. But I'm no expert. I just went with the easiest option I could find. From 12 pm till 8 pm.
