I did intirmittant fasting and it worked for me. Need to get back on it, and today I will start again. Thanks for reminder. Honestly, the part I had the biggest problem with was black coffee. I like mine with some milk, soy or almond. I have a tip for you. Eat an extra serving of low cal/sugar vegetables right before dinner. Can of green beans is what I often do, but also cabbage, butter nut, artichoke, okra, butternut squash, mushrooms. Helps fill the void and satiate!
