still overstating.....what's an illegal? When a person is born, they're not stamped "legal" or "illegal" - they're called a baby :-)
an illegal immigrant as opposed to a legal immigrant. One followed the rules and the laws and the other did not. :)
I am lucky I did not have to make that choice.
