    Apple may be better for now regarding the protection of privacy compared to Facebook and Google, but the real problem is centralization of control. Apple will eventually have to crack as well because wherever there is control, there can be blame. The antidote to this is decentralization protocols that eliminate your need to trust in authority.

      Every social media giant since the dawn of the internet has fallen or been replaced.
      Facebook is not being used except by a small amount of Gen Z, so the collapse has already started.
      Now if the older generations on facebook realize they are trying to be the thought police. They will fall faster.

      No doubt they are on the down slide.
