28 IN THE CHURCH GOD HAS GIVEN A PLACE FIRST TO APOSTLES, SECOND TO PROPHETS, AND THIRD TO TEACHERS. A word to the founding ministers who are into prophetic ministry:
If you are primarily a prophet and you are led by God to pioneer a church, although there are many in the prophetic office or ministry who are not led to pioneer a church, but there are ones whom God led to do so.
If you are led to pioneer a church as a prophet, I will enjoin or admonish you to raise someone with a pastoral gift who would be able to pastor the church you establish.
I have been in some of the churches founded by prophets and pastored by the founders, they may have a sizeable crowd under them that are attending their meetings, but the growth of such churches are always lopsided—lacking in balance.
You would have to discipline yourself as the founder not to minister with your prophetic gift especially on your Sunday meetings. You allow people to be taught and received the Word of God that would edify them and make them rooted in God.
Whoever is assigned as the resident pastor would be allowed to do his or her work. Preach or teach and feed the people with the undiluted Word of God.

Although, being the founder and the lead or head minister, no one would be able to resist or deny you the right to minister in the church or fellowship you founded, but for the spiritual healthiness of the people, the church, you should allow them to be taught the undiluted written Word of God. Do not use Sundays and other days which they ought to be taught the Bible and begin to see visions for them. Usually people would be thronging you, wanting you to see visions for them, but you would need to caution and discipline yourself on it. Besides, a genuine prophet should not always see visions for people anytime they come to meet or see him or her. Visions are given by the Holy Spirit, not by human fabrications or falsehoods. If the visions you are seeing for the people are not being fabricated, then, It is not all the time you are met that you should have a word or see visions for the people. There are times the Holy Spirit would remain silent on some issues or matters.

Prophets do not know all things. They are not always told or revealed things to. In fact, there are things at times that would be kept hidden to the prophet, except a dimension of manipulation is involved. The death of the son of Shunamite woman was hidden to Elisha, even when the woman came and held on Elisha's feet and she was being tried to be resisted by Gehazi, Elisha servant, the matter was still unknown to Elisha until she told them:
27 NOW WHEN SHE [the woman of Shunem] CAME TO THE MAN OF GOD AT THE HILL, SHE CAUGHT HIM BY THE FEET, BUT GEHAZI CAME NEAR TO PUSH HER AWAY. BUT THE MAN OF GOD SAID, “LET HER ALONE; FOR HER SOUL IS IN DEEP DISTRESS, AND THE LORD HAS HIDDEN IT FROM ME, AND HAS NOT TOLD ME.” 28 SO SHE SAID, “DID I ASK A SON OF MY lord? DID I NOT SAY, ‘DO NOT DECEIVE ME’?” (2 Kings 4:27,28 NKJV).

A similar case or incident happened in Jesse's house or family, when one of his sons was to be chosen and anointed to be the next king of Israel (1 Samuel 16:1). If God had revealed the right person specifically to Samuel, he would not have needed to go through the elimination series. They had to bring the children available at home one after the other and he could not get the right person among them (1 Samuel 16:5-10). If God had specifically revealed to him that It was David, he would have gone straight to the point and told them, Who is David among you, he is the appointed person? But God did not specifically tell him the person, He just told him to go to Jesse's house and anoint one of his sons (1 Samuel 16:1,3). God did not tell Samuel the number of children that Jesse had, neither did He tell him the specific person. In fact, Samuel could have missed it through assumption, when he looked at the appearance and the stature of the first son, Eliab, he thought he was the one but God said No (1 Samuel 16:6,7). This shows us that prophets do not know everything, and they do not always know the mind and the will of God at every given occasion or in all circumstances or situations.

It means a prophet would not always see visions for people whenever he or she is met or seen, except in the case of manipulation. A number of so-called prophets have resulted to manipulations because people put pressures on them, they always wanted and expected them to see visions for them whenever they are met or seen.

You will not fail in Jesus' name.
Whatever is not planted in your body that is working against your wellness is completely uprooted and you are made whole in Jesus' name.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
