Fake election images are making the news.

The fake election images are already circulating -- except they're less noticeable when they support your point of view, so you have to be extra vigilant.

Someone I know posted the picture (left) and it didn't look right to me.

I tracked down an article and a photo from a mainstream source, and learned:

• The chairs in the courtroom are a different shape and color than in the image on the top
• Cameras aren't allowed in the courtroom except at the beginning of the day, so this image could not have been taken at the time people said he fell asleep.
• Indeed, there was eyewitness testimony from many reporters that he fell asleep, so it probably happened.

It's going to be a bumpy ride.
