Your Family

Most of the time we have seen children from wealthy families living wayward and causing troubles all over town, even Pastor's children becoming leaders of occultic groups on campus and involving themselves in all kinds of evils. Many of those children came from families where their parents have failed in their responsibilities and there are certain salient issues that are eating the family deep and the members of such families are experiencing some form of pain or shame.
Many a times the parents are actually are the cause, many homes are thrown into confusion today because both parents or one of them has failed in their duty. Such parents are very good in building other people's home but their own family is gradually fading out.

Providing food and shelter for your wife and children is good but you must understand that your family needs your time as well. While you are busy with you carrier as a business man or woman, a religious leader e.t.c. don't neglect your family.
What shall it profit you if you gain all the big names, wealth and popularity and you have a troubled family?

To be frank many men have because of their work made their home unbearable for their wives and children, like wise many women they have because of their work abandoned their family with the hope that the children will take care of themselves, it ought not to be so.

Don't chase Money at the detriment of your family. Put your family in order, give them the necessary warmth before stepping out, money and house helps cannot take your place, your presence is more important than the money and house helps. They manner with which you will teach and mould your children no house help can do that, am I saying you should quit your legitmate job because of your family ? Of course not. What am saying is essence is that you should create time for your family.

Your family is very important so spend your time in building your family

If you must save your family :

Don't employ house helps to raise your children for you.
Because of the nature of your job, you may employ people to help you with the house chores like cleaning, washing etc. But don't leave the responsibility of raising your children an taking care of your spouse for your house help.Dedicate time to staying with and taking care of your family. At certain stages allows you children do the same job that the house help have been doing, allow your children wash, allow them clean the house, allow them do some house chores. Settle down to teach your children certain things.

Complete your office work in the office. Don't bring them home at the expense of your family.

You and your spouse should not quarrel over everything especially when your children are around because it kills their emotions, it sends a wrong image into their system.
What ever has been registered in their memory today, is what the are likely to manifest in the nearest future.

There should be a limit to your relationship with your colleagues in your work place.
Don't share every detail if your family with your colleagues, it's better you go to a counselor.

Spend the Holidays and leave with your family. Once a while take a stroll with your family let the bond of peace and unity be strong between you and your family members.

These and many more you can do to keep your family in order.

Don't be too carried away by your carrier work at the dentriment of your family. When you have a peaceful family you will perform better in your carrier, but if you have a troubled family your performance in other areas including your carrier is reduce. BUILD YOUR FAMILY
